Terms of Service

By placing an order on UrbanZylox, you agree to these terms. UrbanZylox is a print-on-demand streetwear label — every t-shirt is printed specifically for your order after payment is confirmed, rather than picked from ready stock.

Product photos are representative; because each piece is printed individually, minor variations in placement or shade can occur between units. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Policy

• We currently ship across India. International shipping will be enabled soon.
• Orders are dispatched from our production partner's facility once printing is complete.
• Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Production Time

Because we print on demand, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. This lets us print each design fresh and keep quality consistent, rather than holding pre-printed stock.

During sales or drops, production time may extend slightly — we'll always show the current estimate at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• Since each piece is made specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for size or preference changes — please check our size guide before ordering.
• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free reprint or refund.
• Refunds for eligible cases are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to process your order — name, address, contact details and payment confirmation — and never sell your data to third parties. Payment is handled by our encrypted payment gateway; UrbanZylox never stores your card details.
